This deliberately crafted class will help you progress from technical boxing drills, as it introduces technical sparring with safe and controlled 1 on 1 partner contact drills.

In this class, you will have the opportunity to improve your offensive and defensive boxing skills, gain confidence with the guidance of our experienced coaches.

Providing a solid technical foundation is the key to longterm success in boxing. We offer two workshops, Classic Boxing and Thai Boxing, that will prepare you for our group boxing classes.

After completing our 5 session workshops, you'll feel confident in your form and technique.
